Our goal is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with the services you receive. Our procedure is to work with you from start to finish (to understand your goals and intentions, your experience and education) and develop a product with our expertise that is better than a product you would have created for yourself. Our guarantee is that we will deliver this specific, precise product to you and will continue to work with you on the product until you are 100% satisfied with the outcome. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will reimburse you with the money you have paid (excluding any bank fees). In order for this guarantee to be upheld, all requests must be communicated via email or our standardised forms, and adhere to our T&Cs.
Terms/Conditions: When submitting information to or requesting products from CV Sharks (“us”/”we”/“our”), you, “the client” agree to accept our standard Terms and Conditions “T&Cs”:
- CV Sharks services are only applicable to South Africa, Lesotho, Namibia and Swaziland. Residents of all other countries should redirect themselves to Resume Sharks.
- The 100% satisfaction guarantee is for any services you paid for from CV Sharks; any services not paid for cannot be guaranteed.
- Working with CV Sharks will allow us to improve your job search, but job searches are complex and we cannot guarantee that our service will secure you an interview or a new position. We are professionals but cannot guarantee future results.
- After a period of 2 months, if there is no communication from you in regards to the order being closed between you and CV Sharks in regards to the specific product(s) ordered, then we will deem the order to be terminated and any guarantee fulfilled.
- It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions when placing an order. These T&Cs may change as we try to provide the best service to you and your continued use is agreement to the changes. In the event of any continued use of our services, it is your responsibility to check the T&Cs. Any disagreement must result in you immediately ceasing to use of our services.
- We are only obligated to engage into contract with you once we accept your order and receive payment. We reserve the right to not accept any order and to withdraw from any goods/services at any time. If we withdraw from services, a full refund will be given. We will not be liable to you or any other person for not accepting an order or withdrawing any goods/services. From time to time, we may require you to upgrade to a more appropriate package (based on your experience) and to pay the difference in cost. Choosing not to constitutes cancellation of your order and will result in withdrawal of services. In this case, a refund will be issued.
- All prices are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to review any price before submitting payment. We will not be liable for any error on your part in misunderstanding cost of goods/services. We will not be liable for any change in price.
- We hold the right to deny any use of our services or revoke your right to continue use of our services at our discretion.
- Turn Around Times – We will have a draft or finalised product, whichever is agreed upon at the time, 2 (two) weeks after we receive either a) payment or b) information form, whichever is later.
- Expedited Turn Around – We may, from time to time, offer expedited turn around times on the following fee schedule: 7 days for an additional R400; 5 days for an additional R800; and 3 days for an additional R1,000.

- Cancellations & Refund policy: Cancellations cannot be made 48 hours after payment is received. If rush ordered, no cancellations possible. Only refunds are on 100% Guarantee, please see above for information.
